Sealy’s Cycles sponsors a lot of young local riders, many of which have gone onto great things including regional, state and national championships.
Sealy’s Cycles provides support for bike education to a number of schools on the Mornington Peninsula. The Bike Education program provides young cyclists with road safety education, bike and helmet maintenance tips and bike handling skills.
Each year the Bike Education program culminates in the Sir Hubert Opperman Trophy which is run by the local Police and Shire Council and Sealy’s provide prizes and help out on the day.
Sealy’s also sponsors the Dromana Secondary Schools Elite Cycle Program which teaches students valuable skills and knowledge about bicycle maintenance, race skills, and improves student fitness.
As well as schools, Sealy’s is also involved in supporting and running a number of community events including BMX and scooter competitions and local cycling events such as the annual Arthurs Seat Bay 2 Bay.
Sealy’s Cycles also sponsor the YMCA at Frankston with their program which helps to teach young kids to ride BMX or scooters at local skate parks.
Not to mention that Sealy’s Cycles is a feature of the Main Street Mornington Australia Day Parade – watch the video to see more.
